Janitor is the one who take cares of a building, office building or any other. Simply we can say janitor is a watch men or watch women, before quitting from the post of janitor from any office, or a government server need to submit his/her resignation. Respected sir,

I am writing this letter to state you that I am resigning from my position as janitor at Infosys formally. My resignation will come in to effect from 1st of next month i.e. December 1st 2014.please accept my resignation as 1 month notice.

My health conditions are weakening day by day due to insufficient sleep so unfortunately reason behind my resignation is I couldn’t continue my job in night shifts. So I have decided to resign from my loving job. Since 10years I have put all my efforts to take care of this office building, but I can’t work here now.
