Dear Aldrich,

I am sorry to send you the notice, especially after been recruited only for 3 months in your company, but it’s the time to resign from my position. My resignation will be effective in the cognizant solutions from 25th October 2014.

I feel proud to be a part of this cognizant solution, but am terribly sorry for leaving my position. However due to my personal reasons I couldn’t continue here. I hope you understood my situation.
