As this position is one of the greatest and respectable professions and a challenging job. Attorneys practice in law courts they have to formally resign from their profession. Applicable immediately. I hereby resign my position as civil attorney from court of appeal. Sorry for the inconvenience and kindly treat my letter as official immediate notice. Thanks for the opportunity given to me to serve the people but as I informed you earlier that I would oblige for a period during the time of appointment that 5 years passed away few months back. So it’s thetime to depart my profession.

I deeply appreciate for the support, I enjoyed my profession for the last 5years in court of appeal and it’s a great privilege to oblige the people. I feel bad to leave such a good profession as civil attorney but due to some personal complications I am affording my profession.
