Dear Dockrell,
After 40 successful years of service in Citco Group, I am writing this letter to inform you I am due to resign and retire from the post of Senior charted Accountant with effect from 31 march, 2015. I have had a great time working as a senior and assisting my team make huge success and dealing with clients all over the USA. It’s time for me to retire as I have had to spend time with my family and take care of my health.
I am writing this letter a month in advance as Citco Group can hire someone in my position, while I have one month time to retire, I can give all my experience to my team and have decided to have fewer classes every day. I request Citco Group to make arrangement for classrooms and schedule them every day.
I once again thank Citco Group for having faith in me for all these 40 years and I really miss my professional duties. I hope every one understands my issues and the higher officials approve my resignation on the date, thanks for every one support all these years.
