The reason for resigning from my position is that I have been having issued with my health, i have been constantly working for night shifts for over 5 years and the doctor has advised me to the stop working in nights. I have also applied previously to work in the morning shifts, which was rejected by the manager. I feel I have taken the right decision in quitting my job before something serious happens.
